Pricing FAQs
Common questions
What are the available plans and how much do they cost?
We offer two self-serve plans:
Free. No cost. For individual farmers and crew. Includes full record logging and task management, Alma intelligence (5 queries/day), 10 viewer invites, and full exports with preview reports.
Executive. $1,000/year, or $100/month. For farm managers, consultants, PCAs, and CCAs. Full Alma access, full exports and reports, email ingestion, tracked sessions, Point of Interest pins, route planning, and activity digests. Additional executive manager seats at $80/seat/month; recordkeepers at $40/seat/month.
Seats inherit the features of their plan: a recordkeeper or manager added to an Executive operation gets Executive's capabilities. Viewers are free with open team access across all plans.
Beyond the self-serve plans, Enterprise is a licensed deployment: your brand, your tech, our orchestration layer. Ag retailers and co-ops license per branch: an annual platform fee plus a committed per-branch fee, in published volume tiers. Equipment OEMs license per connected unit: a one-time integration fee, an annual ecosystem license, and a per-unit fee that scales with your fleet, no revenue share, on either side. Contact us to scope a deployment.
How do retailers and OEMs buy?
Retailers and co-ops buy per branch: a platform fee plus a committed per-branch fee, in published volume tiers, white-labeled across your network. OEMs buy per connected unit: a one-time integration fee, an annual ecosystem license, and a per-unit fee as your fleet scales. Committed fees, published tiers, no revenue share.
Who pays, the retailer or the grower?
Both models exist. Retailers and OEMs commonly deploy on behalf of their growers under Enterprise; the field can also self-serve on Free, Pro, or Executive. Either way, growers keep ownership of their records. Data-use terms are set by the account type the data is provided through.
Does Numanac use my data to improve its AI?
Your records are yours: you own them, export them, and control who sees them, and we never share them or use them to serve another customer. Like any platform, we improve Numanac itself from how it's used in aggregate. Full posture: our privacy policy.
